Q: Why Role Charms?
Role ID badges have been around for a long time but they are usually printed with just one color or they have medical-themed patterns or designs. In the clinical setting, we are constantly surrounded by medical-themed items. Role Charms are a variation on an old classic that feature colorful, vibrant artwork. Great conversation starters, our high-quality badges are sure to help liven up your lanyard or uniform. The clinical setting doesn't have to be a cold, boring place, right?✨
Q: Do you offer returns on badge cards or accessories?
Yes, but only if they are un-opened and in their original sealed packaging. Because our products are used in the clinical setting, there is a chance they could become exposed to bacteria such as MRSA, VRE and CPOs.
Q: Are your products drop-shipped?
No. Our products are shipped from our small business in beautiful Kingston, ON, Canada.
Q: What does 'free shipping' mean?
For orders $10.00 or more, we offer free shipping via Canada Post Lettermail. Unfortunately, no tracking information is provided with free shipping. We do offer tracked shipping via Canada Post but it can be a little more costly.
Q: Will you eventually carry more roles?
We are trying to be as inclusive as possible with the designations we make Role Charms for. We plan to expand our range to include (but not limited to): PSP (Patient Support Person), SW (Social Worker), PT (Physiotherapist), OT (Occupational Therapist), MD (Medical Doctor), IA (Infirmier/Infirmière autorisé(e)), and many more!
Q: Will you eventually carry more designs?
As Role Charms expands, so will our designs! We have many exciting things in the works such as designs for holidays, hobbies, pediatric settings and recreation. We are also looking to expand our product offering to include lanyards, pins, notepads and journals!
Q: Who designs, owns and operates Role Charms?
Role Charms is owned and operated by a nurse who has worked at the bedside and in a variety of clinical settings. The Newton Guild does business as Role Charms and operates out of Ontario, Canada.
